The Spiced Pumpkin Pie is returning to the menu in October and available through the winter. If you can’t make it to Lobby Lounge, make the Spiced Pumpkin Pie at home for your friends and family to enjoy!

SPICED PUMPKIN PIE
2 oz Stoli Vanilla
1 oz Coole Swan
½ oz Kahlua
½ oz Monin Spiced Pumpkin Pie syrup
1 oz Pumpkin Puree

Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into martini glass. Sprinkle lightly with freshly grated nutmeg. Serve in a martini glass with a cinnamon + sugar rim.

2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
½ oz Kahlua
½ oz Monin Chocolate Chip Cookie Syrup
¾ oz Half and Half

Served straight up in a Martini glass with a Chocolate and sugar rim. Garnished with chocolate pearls.
